This Privacy Policy explains how Cryptospace Invaders (the "Game"), an arcade-style mobile game published by HomeCryptoInvest ("we", "us", or "our"), collects and uses information when you play. 1. Who We Are
HomeCryptoInvest is an independent operation based in the Czech Republic, European Union. The Game is a free, ad-supported arcade game with no in-app purchases.

2. What Data the Game Collects
Data you provide directly
- Player name ("callsign") — an optional nickname you enter before playing. This is used to display your score on the global leaderboard. You may enter any name you like, including a pseudonym. We recommend you do not enter your real name or personally identifying information.
Data collected automatically
- Score data — when you complete a level or game, your score, level reached, and chosen player name are submitted to our leaderboard server (a Cloudflare Worker at
cryptoman-leaderboard.liborpavlicek1975.workers.dev). No identifiers beyond your chosen player name are sent. Cloudflare may log request metadata (IP address, timestamp) in accordance with their standard logging practices. - Local game progress — the Game stores your high score and checkpoint progress locally on your device using standard browser storage. This data never leaves your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game.
- Advertising data — the Game displays banner ads via Google AdMob (see section 3 below).
Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your email address, phone number, or real name.
- We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
- We do not access your contacts, photos, files, camera, or microphone.
- We do not use any analytics platform.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The Game displays banner advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob is a mobile advertising service operated by Google LLC.
Google AdMob may collect data including, but not limited to:
- Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)
- IP address and general location derived from it
- Device information (model, operating system version, screen size)
- Ad interaction data (whether you view or click an ad)
This data is used by Google to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance. Google may also use this data in accordance with its own privacy practices. See Google's documentation:

4. Leaderboard
The Game features an optional online leaderboard. When you submit a score:
- Your chosen player name, score, and level are sent to our Cloudflare Worker and stored in Cloudflare Workers KV storage.
- Scores are displayed publicly within the Game to all players.
- You may opt out by leaving the player name field blank or by simply not completing levels; score submission requires an active game session.
- If you want a specific name removed from the leaderboard, contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it manually.
5. Children's Privacy
The Game is rated for audiences aged 13 and older (teen / mild cartoon action). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The Game does not request account creation and does not collect identifying data beyond the optional player name. AdMob ads served through the Game are configured in accordance with Google's policies for appropriate audiences.
6. Data Retention
- Leaderboard scores — retained indefinitely unless you request deletion.
- AdMob data — retained by Google in accordance with Google's own retention policies.
- Local device data — stored only on your device; deleted when you uninstall the Game.
7. Your Rights (GDPR, for EU/EEA users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you (essentially: your leaderboard entries).
- Request correction or deletion of that data.
- Object to processing or request restriction.
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the Czech Republic, this is the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů — uoou.cz).

8. International Transfers
Data submitted to the leaderboard is processed by Cloudflare, which operates a globally distributed network. AdMob data is processed by Google, headquartered in the United States. By playing the Game, you acknowledge that data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence, including to the United States, under appropriate safeguards provided by those companies' privacy frameworks.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via the Game's store listing description on Google Play. Your continued use of the Game after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
